Learn about your harvested water, soil and plant quality if you are a resident of the Mayer or Dewey-Humboldt areas. You will learn how to collect samples for analysis be given a kit of supplies to sample your harvested water, soil and/or vegetables and meet other in the area who are interested in environmental and food quality.
